1. Describe the result
Tell us what you need and how it will be used. Include dimensions, quantity, your desired date and a file, sketch or photograph. If the part fits into an existing assembly, identify the connections that need checking.

We quote each 3D printing task individually. Send a file or describe your idea, and we will agree the specification, price and timing by email.
2. Define the scope
We review the model, material, visible surfaces and critical dimensions. We clarify whether modelling, a sample, finishing or assembly is needed. Missing details are resolved before agreeing on the work.
3. Receive your proposal by email
The proposal establishes the part version, quantity, material, work scope, total price and timing. Delivery and taxes applicable to that proposal are clarified separately. There is no universal per-gram or hourly price on this website.
4. Approve before production
Check that the proposal describes the result you need and confirm the agreed terms in the email conversation. If a sample is part of the work, we first agree what you will check before accepting it.
5. Changes and repeat orders
A new file, quantity, material or deadline may change the proposal. For a repeat order, reference the earlier conversation and file version; an earlier price does not automatically cover changed work.
An example of a useful enquiry
“I need a tabletop QR holder for a café. I have attached a dimensioned sketch and logo. I would like five units for indoor use. Please review the design, suggest an appropriate specification and confirm a possible delivery date.” This illustrates an enquiry, not a completed order.
