Build volume: 300 × 300 × 300 mm
The nominal Creality K2 Pro printing area lets us assess small components as well as larger enclosures and models. We check the individual model’s orientation and supports before production; larger products can be discussed as assemblies.
Materials supported by K2 Pro
The manufacturer lists PLA, PETG, PET, ABS, ASA, TPU 95A, PLA-CF, PA-CF and PPA-CF. This describes machine compatibility. The specific filament grade, colour, availability and suitability for your part are agreed in the proposal. PLA is the material currently confirmed on hand.
Temperature and preparation
Manufacturer limits: nozzle up to 300 °C, bed up to 110 °C and actively heated chamber up to 60 °C. These are machine operating temperatures, not the heat resistance of a finished part. Preparation and printing conditions are assessed separately for specialist materials.
Layers, nozzles and accuracy
Our current nozzle is 0.4 mm. The manufacturer specifies 0.1–0.35 mm layer heights and compatibility with 0.2, 0.6 and 0.8 mm nozzles. These settings do not automatically guarantee a dimensional tolerance. Send critical dimensions, visible faces and requirements for mating components.
Speed and process monitoring
K2 Pro specifications list speeds up to 600 mm/s and acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s². The machine includes automatic bed levelling, flow calibration and cameras. Actual production time depends on the model, material and quality requirements; timing is agreed for each task.
Colour and optional CFS equipment
The K2 Pro model supports the CFS system; the manufacturer describes up to 16 colours with four CFS units. This is an expansion option, not confirmation that this configuration is installed in our workshop. For multiple colours, send your logo or colour layout for review.
Files and the next step
For initial review, send an STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP model, sketch or dimensioned photographs. STEP can serve as a design source and is converted for print preparation where needed. Include quantity, operating conditions, critical dimensions and your desired delivery date.
